Supriya Pathak happy to play ‘self-made’ woman in new TV show ‘Jaane Kya Hoga Rama Re’

Supriya_IWA new TV show “Jaane Kya Hoga Rama Re”, which will highlight how every individual has a demon in them, was launched here on Wednesday. Veteran actress Supriya Pathak, who plays a key role in it, has described her character in it as that of a “self-made woman”.

The show talks about the social evils plaguing individuals.

Produced by Shobhana Desai Productions, the show, which will air on Life Ok starting November 16, will also feature actors Vinti Idnani and Jatin Sharma.

“My character in the show is that of a self-made woman, a lonely woman, who has seen a lot of difficulties and faced them enough. Using that strength to have faced certain experiences, she is able to deal with any situation.

“She does not believe she is weak at any cost. She deals with people’s problems and believes she will be able to help,” Supriya said.

“Jaane Kya hoga Rama Re” is a story of characters Nandu and Raju. It is set against the backdrop of their dysfunctional neighbourhood.

Vinti, who plays a traffic police officer Nandu, said her character “believes in doing what’s right or wrong without considering the impact it might have on other people”.
