Salman Khan, Athiya Shetty, Sooraj Pancholi and Armaan Malik performed live during the “Hero” music concert on Sunday in Mumbai. The song crooned by Salman – ‘Main Hoon Hero Tera’ — captured millions of hearts and has gone viral since the time it was released on YouTube.
The actor showed his singing talent live at the film’s music concert along with Armaan Malik and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. Debutants Sooraj and Athiya too shook a leg to a dance number.
Apart from the celebs, the entire crew and cast of “Hero” graced the event including Subash Ghai, Bhushan Kumar, Nikhil Advani and others. Later, they posed for the shutterbugs and interacted with the media answering their questions.
As the release date is approaching, the team is very busy promoting the film in every way possible.
Director-producer Karan Johar, who is also a close friend of Salman, has already watched “Hero”, which is slated to hit the theatres on 11 September. KJo was so impressed after watching the flick that he took to Twitter to praise it.
“#HERO is a super retro throwback to the quintessential Hindi film that all of us have loved and continue to love!!! Enjoyed it thoroughly!!” Johar tweeted.
Meanwhile, popular tracks from the film were also sung in the music concert. Rahat Fateh Ali Khan stole hearts with ‘Yadaan Teriyaan’ and Amaal Malik-Palak Muchhal sang ‘O Khuda’ from the film.
